6 hard-cooked eggs.
1/2 cup minced celery.
1 tablespoon minced parsley.
1/3 cup salad dressing.
1 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon white pepper.
1 teaspoon prepared mustard.
2 teaspoons horseradish.
2 cups Swift'ning Biscuit Mix 2/3 cup milk (about)
Chop eggs. Add celery and seasonings. Blend together. Put biscuit in mixing bowl. Stir in enough milk to form a soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured board. Knead six times. Roll into a rectangle 8 x 12 inches. Spread egg filling evenly over dough, to within 1 inch of edges. Roll as for jelly roll. Press ends together to prevent filling from cooking out. Place on baking sheet. Bake. Cut into slices. Serve hot with cream or mushroom sauce.
