1 cupful Graham flour.
2 teaspoonfuls baking powder.
1/2 cupful white flour.
1 tablespoonful sugar.
2 eggs.
1 teaspoonful salt.
1 1/4 cupfuls milk.
1 cupful finely chopped apples.
Scald the milk and pour on the Graham flour. When cold, add remaining ingredients, apples last of all. Beat well and bake on hot griddle.
