2 cups Swift'ning Biscuit Mix 2/3 cup milk (about)
Place biscuit mix in bowl. Add milk quickly and stir until blended to form a soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured cloth-covered board. Knead 10 times. Roll very thinly (1/8-inch thick). Cut twelve 4-inch squares. Place biscuit squares in muffin pans. Press lightly to pan. Bake. Serve hot, filled with creamed meat.
450° F.
