1 1/2 cups Swift'ning Pastry Mix.
2 or 3 tablespoons water.
Put pastry mix in mixing bowl. Sprinkle enough water, gradu-ally, over mix, blending with fork, to form a stiff dough. Shape into a ball. Turn onto lightly floured board. Knead once or twice. Roll out lightly. Cut into six circles to cover inverted muffin pans. Prick. Bake.
10 to 15 minutes.
