2 cups Swift'ning Pastry Mix, enough for an unbaked two-crust 8-inch deep pie.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 tablespoons melted butter or fortified margarine.
2 tablespoons flour 4 cups diced rhubarb(1 1/4 pounds)
1 1/2 cups sugar.
Mix together egg, butter, sugar, salt, and flour. Cut rhubarb into one-inch pieces. Do not peel young rhubarb. Combine rhubarb and egg mixture. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Add top crust and bake.
10 minutes. Reduce to:
About 30 minutes.
