Artichoke With Mayonnaise (Artichauts Sauce Mayonnaise)
This is a simple salad which I have found very popular with all my friends.
Ingredients
Globe artichokes, a mayonnaise dressing (see p. 191).
Method
Proceed exactly as in the recipe for Artichoke and Asparagus Salad on page 158, but fill the artichoke with mayonnaise dressing.
